Housing:
There are currently four multi-storey flats in this area. There is a concierge station which serves these flats and monitors the 24 hour CCTV system.  A plan of a typical apartment in this development can be found in Fig34.

Facilities:

There are no shopping facilities within the area of Shawhill.
There is a toddlers play park and a multi-court play area as well as a social space inside a landscaped area.
